Again, some of political parties and pressure group who is called as 212 presidium will be held mass rallies against the government regulation in lieu of law (Perppu) Number 2/2017 about mass organization banning. The questions are does it those plan will be succeed? And how does its impact if those plan do not success for the future of muslim movement in Indonesia?

            212 Presidium has been planned mass rallies to reject the implementation of the government regulation in lieu of law number 2/2017. Its will be did on Friday, July 28th, 2017. They were claimed that mass rallies against Perppu Number 2/2017 will be run well and following with massive mass.

            212 Presidium and GNPF-MUI are directed on those plan and some observers tend to predict that some of political parties have allegedly been supported those plan such as Gerindra, Social Prosperity Party (PKS), National Mandate Party (PAN) etc.

            After the successful of mass rallies against Ahok’s blasphemy case on December 2nd, 2016, several mass rallies which was designed by pressure groups with several issues didn’t run well and fail to gather a massive mass. Several chief of 212 presidium has claimed that un-successful previously mass rallies would be triggered that they didn’t have “a common issues” and they are claiming that the government regulation in lieu of law number 2/2017 is the political blunder which done by Jokowi’s administration.

Several top leader of 212 presidium have a common opinion that the launching of Perppu Number 2/2017 has been cracked down the good political communication and political cooperation which were built between GNPF MUI/212 Presidium and Jokowi’s administration to calm down current situation. Because of that, they were allegedly suspicious about the pressence of “third actor” which had been broken a possitive political relationship between Jokowi and GNPF-MUI/212 Presidium after the situation of Ahok’s blasphemy case and Rizieq’s allegedly porn conversation case.

Previously at national gathering GNPF MUI/212 Presidium in Bondowoso, East Java has been agreed that they were supporting former Minister of Justice and Human Rights at the era of President Megawati Soekarnoputri, Yusril Ihza Mahendra to sue judicial review at Constitutional Court (MK) related to the government regulation in lieu of law number 2/2017.

212 presidum has been claimed that the plan of mass rallies against the government regulation in lieu of law  on 28th, July, 2017 as a solidarity political action to reject the ban of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). They were stated that their organization had been done a political action to support Harry Tanoesoedibyo although if Harry Tanoesoedibyo will be run for 2019 president election, those organization will be held mass rallies to reject non-muslim leader as a public officer specially as a Indonesian president.

Some Predictions

            Responding to the next of 212 presidium mass rallies plan, we have some predictions about that. First, the author will predict that the plan of mass rallies on July, 28th, 2017 doesn’t follow by a massive mass because actually 212 presidium didn’t have a proportional followers and Indonesian people has been accorded that mass rallies on 28th,2017 just only for the purpose of 212 presidum itself and several political parties to make “noisy situation” to bother Jokowi’s administration.

            Second, the author will predict that the government regulation in lieu of law number 2/2017 is a brilliant moves to protect this country from a radical mass organization movement and to protect our national ideology, Pancasila. Those regulation had been supported by several big muslim mass organization such as NU, Muhammadiyah etc. Several political parties at house of representative such as PDIP, Golkar, Nasdem, PKB, PPP and Hanura had been accorded and supported those regulation. So, the government regulation in lieu of law number 2/2017 will change to the law at the next of house of representative meeting through colloquy mechanism or vote mechanism.

            Third, if the plan of mass rallies against the government regulation in lieu of law number 2/2017 will fail, it makes the reputation of a muslim political movement in Indonesia will be degradated, and finally a muslim communities in Indonesia includin who is join at Gerindra, PKS or PAN doesn’t want to join again at all of their activities because at least a muslim communities in Indonesia have a common opinion that 212 presidum meddle at every political situation in Indonesia just only built a political decry from a muslim opposant in Indonesia.
