Diplomacy is the art of bargaining, or the art of negotiation, or more broadly defined the overall activities to implement the foreign policy of a country in relation to other countries to obtain certain goals. As an art, a certain diplomatic tactics is not necessarily effective to win the negotiation, because success key of diplomacy greatly depending on the capacity of a country (in the group) that faced with the capacity of other countries (out group).

Open minded provide space to receive the logical ideas without skepticism, full of prejudice and feel threatened.

All citizens should understand that the relationship between Indonesia - China is not associated with the rise of communism, China’s foreign workers siege and battle areas of China - the United States. Indonesian citizens need to understand that:

First, in modern world social culture, a country cannot alienationwithout depending on other countries.
